Boxing Day

3 AM.
Nope not the Matchbox 20 song.
That's the time when someone decided to try and "visit" the apartment.
Yep.
You think that was a sign it was time to move?
Hanz got to practice his watchdog skillz and I got to see Josh almost pop a guy.
I heard Hanz barking more than usual and went to investigate.
There was scuffling at the door and I saw shadows dancing through the door gaps.
After bringing Josh out of a very deep sleep.
I ran back, peeked through the blinds and saw a guy mumbling at the landing - I could see his feet.
It seemed like he was trying to decide whether it was worth the effort to break in.
We stood at our stations - the three of us - waiting to see if anything would happen.
But whoever decided they wanted to visit decided we weren't being great hosts.
So sleep before moving is overrated.
Did I mention we are all procrastinators and didn't even start packing until 9PM the night before...
11 AM.
Help arrives!
Hanz is happy he has friends to keep him company.
12 PM.
UHaul is picked up.
12:30 PM.
Moving ensues.
Let me tell you.
I was super impressed with this crew.
Not only did we have time for lunch.
Thanks Pops!
But we were all happy it was over by 3PM.
You guys seriously rock!!
4:30PM.
We head to the UHaul to pick up the tow dolly for Gertie.
5PM.
On the road!!
Watch out... Josh is driving.
